Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Georgia Bakhrom Ashrafkhanov has met with Merab Kokochashvili, a Member of the Board of Directors of JSC Georgian Film.

The parties positively assessed the relations between Uzbekistan and Georgia in cinematography. An agreement was reached on taking measures to further enhance and deepen them. It is planned to establish an exchange of best practices and knowledge.

The Georgian side has confirmed its participation in the upcoming film festival “Pearl of the East” to be held in September in Tashkent.
