The Farghona District stage of the Generation with High Morals republican youth festival has taken place in the town of Marghilon.

More than 300 participants in the festival had their knowledge and ability tested on such nominations as “Possessor of knowledge of books by our President”, “Expert on the history of independence”, “The most gifted crafstman”, “Painter who reflected national identity in his work” , “Designer who reflected national identity in his work”, “Singer of songs about the homeland”, “Generation with high morals” and “Artistic creation”.

“As part of the festival, many moral enlightenment events have been arranged in localities,” says Fayzullo Zohidov, the head of the Farghona Regional department of the Republican Morals Propagation Centre.

Young people’s works of craftsmanship and find and applied arts and achievements in the sphere of science and education were put on display during the event.

“I was very much inspired by today’s festival,” says Davlatbek Khudoyorov, a pupil of Quva District’s specialized state general education school No 63.

A concert with the participation of prominent artistes and young performers gave a festive atmosphere to the event.
