Fourteen days are left until the fourth edition of the Winter Youth Olympic Games 2024, which will be held in Gangwon, South Korea.
1,800 athletes from 70 countries are expected to participate in these competitions. 2 athletes will defend the honor of Uzbekistan.
These days, members of the Uzbekistan national team Sabina Rejepova and Rauan Raimkulov, under the leadership of coach Safar Egamberdiyev, based on the “Dream Program-2024” project, are participating in training camps in Korea. Training will continue until the start of the Olympic Games.

The National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan announced the competition program for the Winter Olympic Games. So, on January 21, Uzbekistan’s athletes will begin participating in the Olympics in the Super-G program. On January 22, they will test themselves in a combination of these competitions and slalom. On January 23, Sabina Rejepova will perform in the giant slalom program, and Rauan Raimkulov will perform on January 24.
Uzbekistan’s athletes will complete their participation in the Winter Olympic Games on January 25 by participating in slalom competitions.
81 sets of medals will be awarded in 15 sports at the fourth Winter Youth Olympic Games, which will be held from January 19 to February 2.
