Delegation of the Movement of French Enterprises MEDEF visits Tashkent. It includes representatives of more than 30 leading French companies representing industries such as the aviation industry, banking, defense and security, energy, the environment, construction, infrastructure, healthcare, telecommunications and transport.
The program of the visit includes B2G and B2B meetings, negotiations with members of the Government, heads of ministries of transport, energy, investment and trade, agriculture, heads of banks and funds, Tashkent city administration and districts of the capital, as well as Uzbekistan’s large companies.
On the eve of Uzbekistan – France business forum, meetings of representatives of French companies with heads of a number of ministries and agencies of Uzbekistan were held in Tashkent.
A meeting was held between the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan E. Ganiyev and Christophe Fontaine, Chairman of the Movement of Enterprises of France MEDEF International, during which prospects for development of bilateral relations in trade, economic and investment spheres were discussed.
Fruitful meetings were also held with the leadership of ministries of Finance, Innovative Development, Information Technologies and Communications, Transport, as well as the National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity.
