Turkiston Palace in Tashkent hosted the closing ceremony of the International Theater Art Festival “Eurasia”.

The Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ozodbek Nazarbekov noted that this festival, held for the first time in Uzbekistan, was beneficial for ministers of theatrical art.

Representatives of theaters from 11 countries and 15 theater groups of Uzbekistan with their best performances participated in the festival.

The special prize of TURKSOY was awarded to the team of the Kazakh State Academic Theater for Children and Youth named after G. Musrepov for the performance “Karakuz”.

The event presents an extensive concert program with the participation of masters of art.
