At the event, organized in connection with this, it was pointed out that favorable business environment and implemented state programs, created in our country, contribute to further improving the efficiency of industrial enterprises, small businesses and private entrepreneurship. In this process the Jizzakh Special Industrial Zone plays an important role.

Three of the four new facilities were created by the joint-stock company “Uzbektelecom” and partners from China. Thus, the joint venture "Smart vision", organized by JSC “Uzbektelecom” and Chinese company “ZTT”, launched production of videophones and IP-phones.

For this purpose it was allocated nearly 1 million dollars. Until the end of 2017, the company plans to localize 30 percent of production.
The company is able to produce 500 IP-phones and 500 videophones per month. IP-phones provide clear and qualitative sound in HD-format, it is possible to install video calling between phones.

The company, which is the only of its kind in Central Asia, by 2018, intends to export 10 percent of production. At the moment company employs 30 young professionals who graduated from professional colleges.

In partnership between JSC “Uzbektelecom” and the Chinese company “Huawei Tech Investment Co. LTD” by investing 3 million dollars was organized a joint venture “Broadband Solutions” for the production of fiber-optic telecommunication devices. There will be manufactured equipment for telephone, Internet, tele and radio network, quad modems, small stations to provide human settlements and organizations with communications services and Internet access.

The first production batch of venture will be used as part of the Infrastructure Development Program in Gulistan to expand access to modern telecommunications services and the use of the Internet. The venture has already sold products for amount of 150 million soums. By the end of the current year it is planned to increase this figure to 1.5 billion soums.

Third facility jointly organized with the Chinese company “ZTT”. 500 thousand dollars was invested to the facility, producing the cables and installation materials for the optical networking with access to a variety of connectors, telecom distribution box. The facility, equipped with modern technologies, able to produce annually 560 thousand units products.

Under the joint venture “Juita Gulshana Invest”, also operates in the Jizzakh Special Industrial Zone by investing 1 million soums was opened garment factory with 205 new workplaces. In the factory installed the industrial sewing machines produced by the “Juita Gulshana Invest” company.
