A youth forum under the slogan of “Independence – national revival and development” has taken place in Ortachirchiq District of Tashkent Region.

The event held by the central council of the Milliy Tiklanish democratic party of Uzbekistan jointly with other organizations was attended by prominent writers, scholars, artists, craftsmen, active members of the party and young people.

It was especially noted that the creation of conditions for bringing up young men and girls to become harmonically developed personalities, for them to learn modern knowledge and professions and to widely display talent and potential in such spheres as industry, science, culture and sport is one of the priority areas of large-scale reforms being implemented under the leadership of the country’s President.

“During the forum, we acquainted ourselves with work being carried out in our country, with the work of modern enterprises, and visited monuments. Inspired by impressions of changes in our cities and villages, we created a picture `The declaration of love for the Motherland’. Others displayed their talent in poetry, craftsmanship and cooking,” says a teacher of children’s school of music and art in Angren, Abdurahim Orolov.

Those gathered were very impressed by a creative exhibition of works of applied arts and national craftsmanship by talented young people. A concert with the participation of well-known artistes gave the event a festive mood.
