Training camps for foreign and local kurash coaches have begun in the sports complex of the University of Journalism and Mass Communications of Uzbekistan.

Starting this year, the International Kurash Association will require a category “B” certificate from coaches for conducting training sessions, participating in prestigious competitions, and holding team competitions.

The quantity and quality of activities of kurash trainers operating in foreign countries will be analyzed, their system of work will be coordinated.

Specialists from 30 countries, in particular, from Iran, Afghanistan, Russia, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, South Korea, Ukraine, Malta, Nepal, the United Kingdom, Türkiye, Indonesia, Romania arrived in Tashkent to participate in the workshops, which will run until March 22.
