As part of the International Congress “Central Asia: Shared Spiritual and Educational Heritage – Shared Future”, a guided tour of the Center of Islamic Civilization in Tashkent was organized for guests from Central Asian countries and Azerbaijan, during which they were introduced to the Center’s exhibition.

The Center of Islamic Civilization is a grand and unique project with no analogues in the country’s history. The building is constructed in harmony with historical monuments. The combination of its dome, portals, and ornamentation gives it an exceptional beauty and grandeur.

The Center of Islamic Civilization includes the following structural divisions: research departments, the Department for Maintaining the National Register of Rare Manuscripts, a manuscript fund, a library and archives, an international department, a department of pilgrimage tourism, as well as departments of source studies and publishing activities.

The museum exhibition of the Center reflects various stages in the development of civilization on our land.
