Along with demonstration of handicrafts, special attention is paid to promotion of art and culture of people for holding the festival at a high level.
According to the head of Fergana Regional Department of Culture Bakhodir Sultonov, artisans’ town in Kokand will host folk sayils, performances by instrumental ensembles, maqom performers, and art groups. Various events will also be held in the historical part of the city.
