The Public Service Development Agency has established cooperation with the National Human Resources Development Institute of the Republic of Korea.

As part of the partnership, an internship program for civil servants from Uzbekistan was launched in Seoul. Its participants included 16 senior personnel responsible for digitizing ministries’ and agencies’ activities.

The internship program includes presentations on “Development of Electronic Government”, “Improving Public Services”, and “Use of Artificial Intelligence Technologies in Public Administration”, as well as visits to ministries, agencies, and large companies in South Korea (Samsung, Naver, and NIA). 

The National Human Resources Development Institute of the Republic of Korea was founded in 1949 and operates under the Ministry of Personnel Management. Senior civil servants undergo advanced training here.

The internship of Uzbekistan specialists will last until April 27 this year.
