The Karakalpakstan stage of the football tournament “Cup” of “Kamolot” among youth held in Nukus. Its goal is identification of talented young players among 8-9 grade pupils of secondary schools.

In the tournament, aimed at ensuring the fulfillment of the tasks of the State program “Year of Healthy Mother and Child”, the further development of football among school children, young people meaningful organization of free time, 4 teams competed for the victory.

Organized by the Karakalpak Board of the Public Youth Movement “Kamolot” in conjunction with the ministries of Culture and Sport Affairs, Public Education, Health, Internal Affairs, the Children's Sports Development Fund, Football Federation of the Republic of Karakalpakstan tournament differed sharp battles.

The team of secondary school №1 of Turtkul district took first place and received a ticket to the republican stage of the tournament. Second place went to the team of secondary school №28 of Karauzyak district, the third – to the team of secondary school №39 of Kungrad district.
