Fish farming complex to be built in Namangan
Khokim of Namangan Region Khayrullo Bozarov and CEO of Kapo Agri Group of Egypt, Alaa Gamal Kamar signed an investment agreement on creation of a modern fish farming complex.

According to the regional khokimiyat, the complex will be built in Narin district and will occupy an area of 80 hectares. The project of a semi-intensive fish farming complex with a total value of 4 million USD will be implemented through foreign direct investment.
It is envisaged that the company, which will specialize in cultivation of African catfish, trout and other types of fish and with an annual export volume of 1.5 million USD, will be launched in 2021.
