The forum was organized to implement the tasks outlined by the Head of the state to support pharmaceutical manufacturers, increase the production and export of pharmaceutical products, and implement promising projects together with large foreign companies.

Issues such as the development of the pharmaceutical industry in Uzbekistan, increasing investment potential, localization of production, creation of joint ventures, and protection of private property in the pharmaceutical industry were considered.
