The delegation led by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Uzbekistan Mykola Doroshenko met with the deputies of the Hokim of Fergana region.

The parties discussed further enhancing cooperation between Uzbekistan’s Fergana region and Ukraine. The guests got acquainted with the activities carried out in the region, investment, economic and tourism potential. It was noted that Tashkent will host an international business forum in March. Representatives of Ukrainian companies are invited to the forum.

The Ambassador informed about the forum, which will be held in Kyiv in May, and invited representatives of Fergana region to take part in the event.

The parties agreed to prepare a roadmap for the development of investment and economic cooperation. It was proposed to establish friendly relations between the Ukrainian city of Nikolaev and Fergana.
