On May 27-28, Bukhara hosted Uzbekistan – Israel agrobusiness forum with participation of local entrepreneurs and representatives of foreign companies.
At the event, foreign investors were provided with information about Gijduvon and Bukhoro-Agro free economic zones, located on 3 thousand hectares and having plans for further expansion.
A pavilion was organized with detailed information on the economic potential of each city and district, and projects implemented in them. Here, foreign investors held direct dialogues with entrepreneurs and representatives of the local khokimiyat.
Khokim of Bukhara region U. Barnoyev and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Israel to the Republic of Uzbekistan Eduard Shapira addressed the opening ceremony of the forum.
