Personal exhibition of Muhammad Amin, a photojournalist of Uzbekistan National News Agency, “Faster, Higher, Stronger” kicked off in Tashkent House of Photography.
The opening ceremony of the exhibition was attended by famous artists, writers and poets, journalists, academics, propagandists of spirituality.


Almurat Madaminov, who has been fruitfully working for many years under the pseudonym of Muhammad Amin, was born in 1958 in Surkhandarya region. In 1985 he graduated from Tashkent State University (now Uzbekistan National University named after Mirzo Ulugbek). He began his journalistic activity in 1983 as a technical editor in University of Tashkent newspaper. Then he worked as an editor, senior editor, deputy executive secretary, head of department in Yoshlar Ovozi (Voice of Youth) newspaper. From 1996 to the present – photojournalist of Uzbekistan National News Agency.


Muhammad Amin is a regular participant of domestic exhibitions and photography contests, the winner of the republican competition “Eng ulug, eng aziz” (The greatest, the dearest) of 2008 in Fine Arts nomination. In 2012, the Ministry of Culture and Sports of Uzbekistan recognized him as the Most Active Photojournalist of the Year. In 2018, he became the winner of the republican competition The Most Active Journalist of the Year.

The exhibition includes 101 photographs of the author.
