In particular, the draft law “On introducing amendments to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On microfinance” was discussed in detail at the meeting of the faction of the Movement of Entrepreneurs and Businesspeople – the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan.
The draft law provides for the issuance of microcredit, microloan and microleasing organizations for the provision of microfinancing services in an amount not exceeding the amount specified in the resolution of the President, and the expansion of microfinance services.
At the meetings of the faction of the Democratic Party of Uzbekistan “Milliy Tiklanish” and the faction of the Social Democratic Party of Uzbekistan “Adolat”, draft laws “On introducing amendments and addenda to some legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan” were considered.
The draft law “On introducing amendments and addenda to some legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with further strengthening guarantees of the rights of the child” was considered at the meeting of the faction of the People’s Democratic Party of Uzbekistan.
Deputies discussed in detail the proposal on the introduction of the Representative Institute for the Rights of the Child by introducing amendments to the Law “On guarantees of the rights of the child”. It was noted that this proposal is relevant in ensuring the protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of children, coordination of activities of state and other bodies, organizations for the protection of the rights of the child.
