Experts from the National Anti-Doping Agency of Uzbekistan participated in the WADA’s Global Education Conference in Cannes, France, among representatives of about 200 countries.

The participants discussed development trends, issues of developing an educational program and consolidating international anti-doping efforts for a common goal.

The National Anti-Doping Agency of Uzbekistan plans to sign memoranda of cooperation with the anti-doping organizations of France, Lithuania and Türkiye to establish international cooperation.

The event participants also discussed issues involving athletes in the anti-doping movement, the basics of planning and developing anti-doping education, promoting ethical sports behavior, unintentional doping, and values-based education.
