Tashkent hosts the Eighth International Congress “Hydropower. Central Asia and the Caspian Sea”.
The event is attended by specialists and scientists from Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Iran, Armenia, Russia, Georgia, and Türkiye, who will discuss the development of hydropower in the regions, the construction and modernization of hydropower structures, problems and prospects of the industry.
The international congress, organized for the second time in Uzbekistan, is a professional platform for dialogue between local and foreign experts. Representatives of the hydropower sector of Central Asia and the Caspian region can exchange information about the work carried out in their countries and outline prospects for cooperation.
The congress aims to discuss large-scale work in hydropower and new innovative technologies, attract foreign investors, and establish cooperation with leading design institutions.
Event participants will also be able to become acquainted with an exhibition of achievements in the industry.
The Congress will run for three days.
