An exhibition of the Iranian miniature painter, illuminator, and calligrapher Hasan Mohammadi, Director of the Institute of Book Art (Institute of Art, Iranian Academy of Arts, Tehran), has opened at the Museum of Oriental Miniature named after Kamoliddin Behzod.

The exhibition features 22 illuminations by Hasan Mohammadi for the album-muraqqa “Bahar-i-Mavlana”, created with the participation of leading Iranian calligraphers and artists, as well as 7 independent works by the artist and his students.

As part of the exhibition’s opening, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Museum of Oriental Miniature named after Kamoliddin Behzod (Tashkent) and the Iranian Institute of Book Art (Tehran).
