Exhibition of oil and gas, nuclear energy and alternative energy sources of Uzbekistan

NEC Uzexpocentre hosts an international exhibition covering several areas of the energy sector.

Visitors are getting acquainted with the expositions “Oil and Gas of Uzbekistan – OGU 2022”, “Energy, Energy Saving, Nuclear Energy, Alternative Energy Sources – Power Uzbekistan 2022” and the specialized section “Green Energy Technologies – GETCA 2022”.

The event, organized by the Iteca Exhibitions Company with the official support of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade, the Uzbekneftegaz company, the State Committee for Ecology and Environmental Protection, is attended by 173 companies from 15 countries.

“The international exhibitions provide an opportunity to get acquainted with innovations and achievements in Central Asia”, says Nodira Khayitbayeva, Manager of the Iteca Exhibitions. – It brings together organizations in the energy sector when introducing innovative technologies into production processes and serves as an excellent tool for improving energy efficiency, exchanging experience and ideas on energy saving, and also brings together representatives of public authorities, the expert community, private business and the oil and gas industry. Among the participating countries are Austria, Azerbaijan, Germany, Italy, Korea, Monaco, Russia, the United States, Turkey.

If today the share of renewable energy sources in the country is only 8 percent of the total electricity generated, then by 2026 it is planned to increase this figure to 25 percent. To achieve this goal, the process of building solar and wind power plants and hydroelectric power plants is accelerating in the country.

The Chirchik Mash enterprise, located in Tashkent region, is participating in the exhibition for the fourth time. Regina Abdulmenova, the company’s Senior Manager, noted the importance of participating in such events.

“Chirchik Mash LLC was established in 1996 and produces heat exchangers, pipes and other types of pressure equipment for the oil and gas complex, chemical, petrochemical and food industries”, says R. Abdulmenova. – Our company employs 80 people. The products are oriented to domestic and foreign markets. Today’s exhibition is a good opportunity for us to establish contacts with local and foreign partners.

The products presented at the OGU 2022 exhibition by the Russian Export Center cover an area of ​​almost 800 square meters. Here are the 36 largest Russian companies – manufacturers of explosion-proof electrical equipment, engineering and construction equipment.

“We are very pleased to present the company’s products at this exhibition. This is our first participation. We also intend to open a representative office of the company in your country. Of course, it all depends on the interest in our products. The company specializes in the development and production of high-quality industrial protection systems used by leading enterprises in the oil and gas, petrochemical and engineering industries. We produce aluminum, polyester and stainless steel enclosures, as well as junction boxes, control stations, cabinets. The basis of our success is a wide range of products, quality, innovative design and a high level of customer service”, said Dmitry Bogachev, representative of ROSE Systemtechnik GmbH.
