The visit of the delegation of the Pharmaceutical Industry Development Agency to the Republic of Korea continues.

During the visit, negotiations were held with representatives of the Incheon Free Economic Zone (IFEZ), the Pangyo Techno Valley industrial complex, the Gyeonggi Bio Center.

Members of the Uzbekistan delegation became familiar with the history of creating production and research areas in the region. During the talks, the parties identified many promising areas of cooperation.

An agreement was also reached on exchanging experience and personnel between the research institutes of the Pharmaceutical Industry Development Agency, the pharmaceutical universities of Uzbekistan, the innovative research and production cluster Tashkent Pharma Park, and the Gyeonggi Bio Center.

The company’s leadership expressed interest in developing Uzbekistan’s research potential and declared its readiness to assist in improving the qualifications of Uzbekistan’s scientists in Korean biotechnology centers.
