Tashkent House of Photography hosted the opening ceremony of a personal exhibition of a member of the Creative Association of Artists of Uzbekistan, painter Erkin Bazarov entitled “Native Land”.

The exhibition presents about 50 works of the artist. As it was noted at the event, the invisible interaction of the artist with nature and his attitude towards it is felt in the works of Erkin Bazarov. 

The artist was born in 1983 in Navoi region’s Nurata district.

In 1998-2001, he studied at the Lyceum of Fine and Applied Arts in Navoi. Then he continued his studies at Kamoliddin Behzod National Institute of Art and Design, completed bachelor's and master's degrees in Painting.

In 2007, he was admitted to the Union of Artists of Uzbekistan. Since 2008, Erkin Bazarov has been participating in national and international exhibitions.

In 2019, a personal exhibition “Impressions” was held at the Cyprus Art Gallery.
