To mark the 30th anniversary of cooperation between the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Uzbekistan, the Agency for Waste Management and Circular Economy Development Agency organized an environmental plogging campaign.

More than 50 employees of the sector actively participated in the event. As part of the campaign, over 300 kilograms of waste were collected and removed from the Tuyabuguz Reservoir area with the help of special equipment.

This environmental initiative was held within the framework of International Coastal Cleanup Week, one of the world’s most extensive environmental campaigns aimed at protecting and cleaning water bodies.

In addition, practical workshops and training sessions were organized for specialists in the field as part of the event.
