19:00 / 2025-09-12

At the Second International Dialogue of Declarations Forum held in Tashkent, it was emphasized that the development of constructive dialogue between different religions and cultures is the most important basis for maintaining peace, harmony, and stability in society.

The participants became familiar with landscaping activities carried out at sites with a rich cultural legacy, including the Amir Temur Mausoleum, Registan Square, and the Shahi Zinda Complex, the place of worship of the great Muhaddith Imam Bukhari.

“It is a great pleasure to visit the unique land of Uzbekistan”, says Qibla Ayaz, Ex-Chairman of the Council of Islamic Ideology. “This land has nurtured the colossuses of world science, ulama, who have made a great contribution to the development of the religion of Islam. Their blessed footprints are on this earth. At the forum, we exchanged views with world scientists on issues of preserving peace, interreligious harmony, and affirming the principles of tolerance. They talked with representatives of religious denominations from the United States, Malaysia, Türkiye, and Pakistan about ensuring universal peace and the importance of strengthening friendly ties”.

The participants unanimously recognized that representatives of different ethnic groups and religions live together as one family in Uzbekistan, which is a testament to the correct path of ongoing reforms. Uzbekistan’s model was highly appreciated, and the expediency of its application by other countries was noted.
