At this facility, children not only become healthier but also raise their intellectual potential. For this purpose, such campaigns as “independence in my destiny”, “Uzbekistan is a country of happy children” and “trade unions for children” are being conducted at the recreational facilities.

At the Beruniy children’s health facility in Shahrisaabz district of the region, nearly 700 children are enjoying their holidays.

In this picturesque place all the necessary conditions have been created for children to have some rest and to strengthen their health. Visual arts, weaving, wood carving, sports and English language clubs are functioning there for them to increase their knowledge and improve their health. Qualified medical workers are there for health improvement events.

“At the recreational facility, nearly two billion soms worth of construction and improvement work was carried out this year. There are a library with more than three thousand books, a sports ground and a computer room there,” says Lutfulla Karimov, the director of the Beruniy children’s health facility.
