The Andijon regional stage of the contest “The most exemplary adviser of neighbourhood citizens’ gathering for religious enlightenment and moral education issues” has taken place.

In this contest, 17 advisers had their work in the region evaluated, made a presentation of advanced work experience “Family - neighbourhood -educational institution” on their work related to cooperation among these three and also had this work, their knowledge and initiative tested.

Sayyora Mirzayeva, adviser of the Pakhtaobod District Nurdiyor neighbourhood citizens’ gathering, was declared the winner and obtained the right to participate in the republican stage of the contest. Iroda Turghunboyeva, adviser of the Markhamat District Dukchi Eshon neighbourhood citizens’ gathering, took second place, and Hakima Ahmadaliyeva, adviser of the Qorqhontepa District Uchqun neighbourhood citizens’ gathering, took third place.

“In the process of consistent reforms being implemented under the leadership of our President Islam Karimov, attention being paid to increasing the activeness of neighbourhoods is producing great results,” says Sayyora Mirzayeva, the winner of the contest.

As part of the contest, an exhibition of products made by entrepreneurs and craftsmen was arranged.
