Electronic platform for freight transportation services
The Ministry for Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Inha University in Tashkent (IUT) and the Uzbek agency of automobile transport “Uzavtotrans” decided to develop a project to jointly create an electronic platform of an international multimodal center for transportation and logistics.
The Ministry for Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Inha University in Tashkent (IUT) and the Uzbek agency of automobile transport “Uzavtotrans” decided to develop a project to jointly create an electronic platform of an international multimodal center for transportation and logistics for collection, processing and analyzing information related to transportation of export-import goods.
Its implementation will serve to reduce transport costs, increase delivery efficiency and warehousing operations due to coordination, accurate calculation and rational actions of all participants of the logistics process.
In order to unite the efforts for creating an electronic platform, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Inha University in Tashkent and “Uzavtotrans” agency. Short-term education, professional workshops, trainings, master classes, joint research with involvement of relevant experts will be organized within the framework of the memorandum.
