The People’s Democratic Party of Uzbekistan intends to be highly active in the elections of deputies to the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis and local Councils, to be held on October 27, 2024.

To this end, collecting signatures supporting the party’s participation in the electoral process has been initiated.

“The signature collection is organized in all districts of Bukhara region, in more than 700 primary party organizations, as well as in places of work, service, study, and residence”, says Zulfiya Tuyeva, Chairperson of the Bukhara Regional Council of the PDPU. “Activities are underway at the party headquarters. Any election is the main criterion that shows how much power a party has in the political arena”.

Each party has its own electorate and represents its interests. In other words, a party is an institution that implements the political will of citizens.

On August 6, the signature collection in support of the participation of the People’s Democratic Party of Uzbekistan in the elections was organized at Bukhara State Pedagogical and Medical Institutes. Employees of the Bukhara Regional Council of the People’s Democratic Party of Uzbekistan conducted explanatory work among citizens and answered their questions.
