The “El-Yurt Umidi” Foundation was established on 25 September 2018.

Over five years, 1,781 scholarship holders of the Foundation studied at more than 320 universities, research centers, and prestigious education institutions in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan, Canada, Italy, Spain, South Korea, China and Russia. 504 foundation scholarship holders continue their studies, including 251 in the bachelor’s program, 162 in the master’s program, and 91 in doctoral studies.

Most conduct effective scientific, pedagogical, and practical activities in various sectors of the country’s economy.

A deeply educated and intellectually developed young generation is being formed in Uzbekistan. At the initiative of the Head of state, all the necessary conditions have been created for training professional, deeply knowledgeable, modern-minded young personnel and their attraction to public service.
