On December 20-21, a training-practical workshop was organized within the framework of the Project for Horticulture Value Chain Promotion with the participation of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).

Several officials from the Ministry of Agriculture, employees of the International Strategic Centre for Agri-Food Development, commercial banks, farmers, and project consultants attended the event.

On the first day, the participants exchanged views on issues of agricultural strategy, financing of the industry, studying the environmental safety of each project, compliance by employees involved in launched projects, labor legislation, and effective organization of an approach to ensuring gender equality.

Qualified specialists from several countries are involved in the project and actively participated in the training-practical workshop, promoting the exchange of experience at the international level.
