Economic cooperation with Hungary strengthens
Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan Jamshid Khodjayev held talks with the First Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary Levente Magyar.
The parties discussed the prospects for the development of multifaceted cooperation between Uzbekistan and Hungary in trade, economic, investment, scientific, technical and innovation sectors.

The sides worked out in detail the economic agenda for the short and medium term. The issues of developing industrial cooperation, transport and logistics, interregional cooperation, as well as the prospects for the participation of Hungarian investment circles in the process of transformation and privatization of state enterprises and assets of Uzbekistan were studied.
Following the meeting, an agreement was reached to support direct contacts and further strengthen interaction in all areas of multifaceted partnership.
