A festival on the occasion of Navruz holiday has been held at the ECO Cultural Institute, in the city of Tehran.

According to the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Iran, the event was attended by high-ranking figures of science and culture, representatives of public and political circles and the media, as well as the diplomatic corps and international organizations, accredited in the country.

The diplomatic mission of Uzbekistan organized a national exhibition stand, where visitors could get acquainted with the works of folk applied art of Uzbekistan masters and the tourism potential of Uzbekistan.

The guests got acquainted with a photo exhibition dedicated to the unique culture, traditions and customs of Uzbekistan people, as well as the celebration of Navruz in the country.
