The Economic Cooperation Organization Council of Ministers’ regular meeting took place on December 3 in Mashhad, Iran.

The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Bobur Usmanov led the Uzbekistan delegation.

The participants discussed preparations for the Regular Meeting of the Economic Cooperation Organization Council of Ministers in Azerbaijan in 2025 and exchanged views on strengthening cooperation within the organization.

Following the meeting, the Mashhad Declaration was adopted.

From January 1, 2025, the ECO chairmanship will be transferred from Iran to Kazakhstan.
