The eco-city is being built in Ilgor mahalla of the city of Fergana.

Residential and social facilities will be built here on an area of ​​300 hectares. An industrial zone will appear, where more than 5,500 jobs will be created. The “New Uzbekistan” park is being organized on an area of ​​70 hectares. Today, the main attention is paid to establishing favorable infrastructure on the territory, laying power, water supply and sewerage networks.

Hokim of Fergana region Khayrullo Bozorov got acquainted with the progress of construction work. He talked with the relevant officials and businessmen, discussed the construction of a new 2.8 km long canal on the territory of the eco-city and the reconstruction of the Shodiyev Canal with a length of 6.1 km. The head of the region gave instructions to speed up the work, their timely and high-quality implementation.
