The 32nd Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development continues in Samarkand.
The program of the third day includes events that equally provide for the interests of the parties. The attention of local experts will be especially attracted by several sessions, which are especially significant for further developing the economy of Uzbekistan. These are partner sessions “Capital market development in Uzbekistan”, “The transformation of Uzbek banks and their privatization process”, an event related to business relations “True American Story: Why US Business is in Central Asia”, a panel discussion “Keeping up with digital connectivity: from Marrakech to Samarkand”.
Naturally, the signing of agreements and treaties beneficial for all participating countries within the framework of a global forum with the participation of representatives of 70 states and almost 2.5 thousand specialists attracts the attention of the world community. But it cannot be otherwise at the traditional annual central forum organized by the EBRD, one of the most authoritative financial structures in the world. It is essential for us that this prestigious forum is held on our soil, and the priority will be topics that are significant for Uzbekistan.
