On September 4-5, Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade Laziz Kudratov paid a working visit to the United States and held meetings with the leadership of several large companies, such as Air Products, Exxon Mobil, Abbott, HP, Valmont Industries, General Electric, Caterpillar, US Inc., John Deere, and others.

According to the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade, the parties agreed to implement joint projects in Uzbekistan in energy, healthcare, production of computer equipment, water management, heavy equipment for mining and agriculture, geological exploration, and other industries.
