11:21 / 2024-01-29

A corner of drawings by children of Uzbekistan has been organized at the National Art Center in Tokyo as part of the exhibition of paintings “Art Pushes Boundaries”.

The exhibition featured more than 500 works of art collected from 33 countries, and its “Uzbekistan” corner was decorated with about 50 paintings by students of specialized art schools of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan in all regions of the country. In the paintings, children depict the beauty of Mother Earth, cultural heritage, national costumes, as well as historical and exciting places in the country.

Representatives of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Tokyo took part in the opening ceremony of the exhibition on January 25 and thanked the organizers for creating the opportunity to widely demonstrate the culture and traditions of Uzbekistan to the Japanese community through children’s drawings in one of the central palaces of art in Japan.

The exhibition will run until February 5.
