Adhamjon Ergashev and Dastan Yakubov rose to the podium at the World Weightlifting Championships among adults.

Adhamjon Ergashev coped with a 174 kg barbell in the second attempt, but in the last attempt the 177 kg barbell turned out to be heavy. But the athlete won a bronze in the 308 kg double event.

Doston Yakubov took advantage of all the opportunities in the fight for victory and secured the result of 180 kg. He won two gold and a silver medal.
