To ensure broad public involvement in the development of sectors and regions, the implementation of public ideas and initiatives, and the effectiveness of reforms, the “Kelajak Uchun” Forum is being held.
The forum is organized in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 14, 2025, “On additional measures to support promising initiatives in the implementation of reforms”. To this end, the work of relevant organizations has been established, and the crowd platform kelajakuchun.gov.uz has been launched.
JSCB Business Development Bank, as a key partner of the forum, will allocate the necessary funds to implement projects selected based on the forum’s results.
The forum consists of three stages. At the first stage, initiative-minded citizens, including our compatriots abroad, register on the crowd platform via One ID, choose one of five priority areas, and present their proposals and projects. On the platform, each citizen may submit up to five initiatives and participate collectively.
At the second stage, all submitted initiatives are reviewed by experts and refined based on their recommendations. The most significant proposals and ideas are selected for the next stage.
At the third stage, the authors present their initiatives to the Mentors Council experts. During the discussions, the most relevant initiatives will be selected in the Top 50 and Top 10 categories.
The final stage of the forum will take place in Tashkent. Information on the date and specific venue will be announced additionally.
The ten best initiatives will be presented to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Approved initiatives will be implemented in practice, their authors will receive material incentives, and the projects themselves will receive state support.
Funds from JSCB Business Development Bank and other commercial banks, as well as the Science Financing and Innovation Support Fund, will be allocated for the commercialization and financing of the selected initiatives.
The Government will review the remaining initiatives to form state programs and sectoral and regional roadmaps. All processes within the framework of the forum will be coordinated by the Agency for Strategic Development and Reforms.
The “Kelajak Uchun” Forum is an open platform for dialogue that accepts submissions of promising ideas and initiatives.
Please take part in the forum and submit your proposals for the development of our country. Your initiative could become a success!
