The heads of diplomatic missions accredited in Uzbekistan took part in a festive event on the occasion of the International Women’s Day and Navruz holiday, in Tashkent.

As part of the festive program, a theatrical performance of “Sumalak” (the main holiday dish of Navruz) and “Kelin Salom” (“Bride’s Greeting”) was shown with the participation of the Uzbek National Academic Drama Theater and the Uzbek Theater of Musical Drama and Comedy named after Muqimi. The performance of popular Uzbek pop stars and folklore took place.
