Collaboration between the funds will be aimed at developing the digital economy of Uzbekistan, sharing experience, holding forums, workshops and other educational events.

Since 1994, the Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises in Scientific and Technical Sphere has supported more than 12,000 small enterprises, contributed to development of competitive innovative developments in Russia and formation of public-private partnership mechanisms. Its main tasks include the involvement of talented youth in innovation, supporting creation of small innovative entrepreneurship, technological renewal of small enterprises.

The objectives of the Digital Trust Fund also include the promotion of start-up projects. Its activities are focused on attracting investment for development of projects in the digital economy, including those related to the introduction of the blockchain technology.
