In the age of information technology, the IT sector has become the most profitable area. Today, the doors of both domestic and foreign companies are open to young specialists who are well-versed in this field. This is because the industry is going through intensive growth, and development is impossible without new ideas.

Therefore, the Ministry of Digital Technologies is strengthening cooperation with various foreign companies, concluding contracts to provide young people with high-paying jobs.

The DevOpsDays 2025, which is being held in Tashkent for the first time, brought together specialists, employers, and heads of educational institutions from the same field on one platform.

About 15 leading experts from Germany, Serbia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Armenia, and Uzbekistan participated in the conference and shared their experience.

The visitors could communicate directly with representatives of the largest IT companies, exchange knowledge, and discuss areas of international cooperation.

It was noted at the event that there is a high need for technical specialists.

According to the data, DevOps currently ranks 3rd among Uzbekistan’s IT sector’s five most sought-after professions. The average annual income in this area is estimated at $18 thousand to $54 thousand.

The DevOpsDays 2025 Conference will serve as an essential platform for increasing the number of qualified personnel in Uzbekistan, sharing international experience, and creating new opportunities.
