With the support of the Civil Service Development Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the German Society for International Cooperation and the Central Finance and Contracting Agency of Latvia organized an international workshop on supporting talented individuals in public service and developing the project “Strategy for the Development of the State Civil Service 2030”.

The event was attended by heads of ministries and agencies, employees of human resource management departments, scientists, specialists, experts, and civil servants from England, Germany, Latvia, France, the UAE, Korea, Singapore, Türkiye, and Azerbaijan.

At the event, current trends in personnel policy and the public service, new ideas, and approaches were discussed. Experience was exchanged to attract talented young people to public service.
