Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Uzbekistan Svetlana Artykova met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to Uzbekistan Yu Jun.

At the last meeting at the Prosecutor General’s Office, the parties discussed the current state of relations formed in the legal sphere between the two countries’ authorities, prospects for further development of cooperation in the fight against crime, strengthening law and order, and the rule of law.

As part of this event, our partners got acquainted with the work carried out in ecology and environmental protection by representatives of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan. They proposed establishing cooperation with the authorities of China in this direction.

The participants noted that the meeting would serve as a new impetus for further development and strengthening of relations on legal issues between law enforcement agencies of the two countries.
