Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade Sardor Umurzakov has met with the leadership of Turkey’s Outdoor Factory.

The parties discussed the possibilities of establishing cooperation in tourism industry of Uzbekistan.

According to Uzbekistan MIFT, it was noted that thanks to measures of state support, the tourism sector has significant investment potential.

The prospects for the implementation of projects in this area were discussed: specific project proposals were presented by Turkish investors. The ideas and initiatives were thoroughly studied. Proposals were given and mutually beneficial cooperation mechanisms were discussed.

The Uzbek side welcomed the interest of Turkish entrepreneurs in establishing their activities in the country and expressed readiness to provide practical support in the implementation of projects.

Following the meeting, an agreement was reached to continue interaction to finalize the considered projects and implement them.
