Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan Sardor Umurzakov has held a meeting with SUEZ (France) delegation led by Senior Vice President Eric Ghebali.

The parties discussed issues of implementation of projects for the modernization and development of water supply systems in the cities of Tashkent and Samarkand.

Eric Ghebali spoke about the plans to participate in the implementation of several socially-oriented projects in Uzbekistan, one of which will be a project to ensure access to drinking water for secondary schools in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Bukhara and Kashkadarya regions. The project will be implemented at the expense of funds allocated by the company on a grant basis.
