Training courses were held jointly with the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Uzbekistan, as well as the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in Uzbekistan.

Experienced professor-teachers of Tashkent State Agrarian University, Tashkent Institute of Irrigation Engineers and Mechanization of Agriculture, as well as other higher educational institutions conducted trainings for students on development of agricultural sector, transformation of agriculture into a profitable industry, making investments in the sphere through use of innovative technologies. Deputy khokims passed training courses in such important areas as genetics, selection of agricultural crops and seed production, vegetable crops growing technology during re-sowing, plant protection from various pests. They became familiar with activities of modern enterprises, livestock, bee farms, growing agricultural products cluster method, as well as their activities for processing, strengthened theoretical knowledge.

Following the training courses, participants were awarded with special certificates.
