Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Gayrat Fozilov has met with British Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office Leo Docherty, via videoconference.

According to Uzbekistan MFA, the parties discussed the current state and prospects for cooperation between Uzbekistan and the UK on the implementation of the agreements concluded during bilateral political consultations in December 2022.

Views were exchanged on further developing bilateral trade, economic, investment, cultural, humanitarian and other ties.

The parties reached an agreement to make active efforts to further advance Uzbekistan – British relations.
